All are caught in the cold water off the coasts of Scotland and brought to the shop in fresh and tiptop condition. We expertly prepare the fish, rechecking the condition to make sure you get the best quality fish every time. We then prepare our famous shop window display so that you can see the range and quality of our stock. Our staff are always ready to help and can fillet any fish, prepare a steak or as a loin. We can even add extra chillies to your hot smoked salmon if you like extra heat!
